Your Congregation Has Doubters Too

Every church has them — the person who’s been in the pews for years but has never felt close to God. The one wrestling with hard questions they’re afraid to ask out loud. The one whose faith took a hit from suffering, a wayward family member, or a hard apologetics question they couldn’t answer. You may not always have the bandwidth, or the specific philosophical/apologetics training, to walk each of them all the way through it.

That’s where I can help — alongside you, not instead of you.

Who I Am

I’m Kristen Davis, PhD in Philosophy of Religion, MA in Christian Apologetics, BS in Religion with a focus in Biblical Studies. I’ve spent over a decade in apologetics ministry, helping people move from intellectual doubt and emotional disconnection into a real, trusting relationship with God.

Where I Stand

On apologetics: Apologetics (apologia — 1 Peter 3:15) is a tool for two purposes: removing stumbling blocks for those coming to Christ, and equipping believers to know what they believe and why. It is never a weapon, and it never replaces the work of the Holy Spirit — no argument alone brings someone to faith. Christianity can be shown reasonable beyond a reasonable doubt; it can’t be proven beyond all doubt, because unbelief is ultimately a heart issue, not only a head issue. My approach leads with listening — most people’s real obstacle isn’t the question they ask first, but a personal hurt underneath it. Read our full philosophy on apologetics

On doctrine: DoubtLess Faith holds to a historic, orthodox evangelical statement of faith — inerrancy of Scripture, the Trinity, the deity and bodily resurrection of Christ, salvation by grace through faith, and the Great Commission. Read our full statement of faith

I’m not interested in pulling people out of church community or positioning myself as an alternative to pastoral authority. My work is meant to strengthen someone’s ability to stay and grow in a church, not replace their need for one.

Ways We Might Work Together

This doesn’t have to mean a one-off referral. A few ways churches and ministry leaders partner with DoubtLess Faith:

Individual referrals — for a congregant wrestling with doubt who needs more one-on-one time than pastoral care allows
Guest teaching or a workshop — for a small group, youth ministry, or a congregation-wide apologetics event
Ongoing partnership — a ministry you point people to consistently as part of your discipleship pipeline

Let’s Talk

If any of this could serve your congregation, I’d love to talk it through.

Download the ministry partner one-pager — credentials, doctrine, and partnership options, to share with an associate pastor or elder board.

Download the congregant hand-off sheet — a short, warm introduction you can pass directly to someone in your church.
